Delivery

We deliver to Raleigh & surrounding area, for a small delivery fee
Delivery also means : Artylicious Cakes will also set up your cake in it’s final presentation area as long that area is ready when we arrived ( table in place & table covering on). We do not charge an additional :”SET UP” fee.

We will need specific delivery time & contact person at the destination for all cake orders. Furthermore this information MUST be provide to us at least 24 hours before delivery or we will NOT delivery the cake.

Deposit (non refundable):

We require a  50% deposit to book your order or minimal of $100 for wedding cake.  If your balance is not paid IN FULL  three week prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accommodating.

Booking :

After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date ( *see cancellations policy).

We suggest to booking and deposit earliest possible to secure your date.

We accept Credit card, check, cash apps and cash only.

Cancellations :

*Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in thousands of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order, (obviously, whether you cancel or not.) If you change the date, we required 3 weeks notification before your previous event & 3 weeks before your new event date & is not guarantee if the date is available, if I already fully booked.
*If an order is not picked or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery.
It means if you cancel, we will NOT refund the deposit
